Sapperton-History Hot Spot
We took a quick tour of the St. Mary’s Church at Sapperton, along with the site where the Sapperton Manor had once stood.
Both places figured prominently in the Civil War, and luckily I made notes as I came across them, and also managed to find a booklet with some of the history.
