Love Beach

Though this is one of the best beaches for romantic couples, it is not easy to get. However, the nine-mile hike is worth it. This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas, and since it is quite far from the main city, it is also not crowded.

This is a locals-only beach, but the locals in the Bahamas are very welcoming, and you won’t have any problems visiting this beach. Just make sure to be considerate of their privacy as well. That means no playing loud music or having parties on this beach.

Love beach is a great spot to take long walks with your partner and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Therefore, if you are on your honeymoon, or visiting with your romantic partner, make sure to check out Love beach.

Adelaide Beach

This is another beach that is off the beaten path. Most tourists don’t know about this excellent beach, which is why it isn’t crowded. It is located on the south side of the new province island and a village named Adelaide.

During the weekdays, this long beach is practically empty, and it is a great place to have a small barbeque party with some friends, or relax and enjoy with your romantic partner.

Though it is a little far from the main city, it is worth it if you want a place that isn’t overcrowded.

Saunders beach

This is one of the best and most convenient beaches for families. It is small and not too crowded, and the waters on the shore are quite shallow. There is a safe swimming zone for kids and a separate playground as well.

The beach has a spacious parking area, and it is one of the few beaches in the Bahamas that have proper public bathrooms, showers, and changing areas.

However, there aren’t many options for foods or drinks on Saunders beach, so you should pack some snacks before leaving.
